I tried a new recipe for dinner this evening. My mom bought me a Ninja cooker for christmas and I am frankly in love with it. This has led to me digging out endless recipes that require some aspect of slow cooking to them. Tonight we went Asian, and I drummed up Orange Chicken.
Surprisingly, the boys loved it. Chris also liked it. He complimented me on it and jokingly I told the boys to listen closely to how nicely their Daddy is talking to me about my cooking because someday they should do the same with their own wives.
Brennan nodded sagely, "When I take a wife, I am going to make sure I like her cooking."
My B. He shall take a wife. And she shall cook. So be it.
