Ski Club

Brand new this year for Aidan :  Ski Club!  Each Friday night, he boards a bus with his middle school buddies and heads to the ski hills.  All on his own.  And skis for hours and hours.  All on his own.  And has dinner at the lodge.  All on his own.  And boards the bus for the ride back to school.  All on his own.

(Yes, this has been a tremendous event for me, the Mom.  I did cry at the first drop off.  I did.  But at least I did it in the privacy of the car and managed not to embarrass my very self assured boy.)
