Brennan and Griffin are in the playroom arguing. The arguing gets a little more intense, some muffled yelling ensues and I can hear Brennan yell to Griffin, "That's it! I'm done! Now I'm telling!"
Griffin replies, "No!"
Brennan yells, stomping room to room, "Momma, Momma? Griffin, I am telling Momma!"
Griffin, "No Brennan, No!"
Brennan, "Yes, I am!"
Brennan finally locates me in the living room. "Momma, Griffin said something mean to me!"
"He did? What did he say?" I reply.
"What did you say Griffin?" Brennan asks Griffin, who looks back a little anxiously.
"I'm not telling you." Griffin replies to Brennan.
"Griffin, you have to tell me what you said so I can tell on you to Mommy." Brennan yells.
"I am NOT telling you!" Griffin yells.
"Momma, he said something mean to me!" Brennan says to me.
"Well, what was it?" I ask.
Brennan looks at Griffin. Griffin looks back at Griffin. Brennan sighs and says, "I can't remember."
I don't think I imagined the triumphant look on Griffin's face as he left the room.
